our shipments are well packaged in protective wrap.
Shipping Methods
Planet Crystals proudly ships
world wide. All products are shipped via
regular post, air small package.
All products are insured up to
$100.00 USD. If the value is more than $100.00
USD, a $2.79 USD charge will apply for additional
insurance.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated during
check-out and you will be shown the shipping costs
prior to completing your order.

We offer expedited shipping including express post
and overnight courier services for time critical
shipments. Please contact us in advance so that we
can arrange this service and get a specific shipping
estimate.
Our dedicated staff endeavor to have all orders
shipped within 48 hours of payment. Our hours of
operation are Monday to Friday and we do not ship on
weekends or holidays. If you place an order on a
weekend or a holiday, your order will be shipped
within two subsequent business days.
